"Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy. "Excellent location—easily walkable to sights. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Free bottles of water daily. Breakfast served 8-11am and had good variety. For VIP guests, be sure to get your free bottle of wine—it’s actually quite good. Only complaint was slow WiFi. "

"Good stay overall, however it is a new hotel and some improvements could be achieved : no room service or spa menu in the room, hotel does not seem to like kids going to the swimming pool since we had to insist to see if they could go. If kids are not allowed this should be clearly stated at the time of the booking. Arcade room only opens at 11:00 , this is too late for kids. Small parking. "Good location but not worth it for amount of money spent. Rip off.. Food is not good. So i recommend not to get all inclusive package. Odor in halways and central area. Need cosmetic work. Need new manager possibly and interior designer. Its not upto standards of 5 stars"
